We believe in showing up for people when they need it most. The Sean Ryan Foundation supports individuals and families facing extraordinary medical and life challenges resulting from a brain cancer diagnosis.

If you know someone who could benefit from our support, please fill out the nomination form below. All information shared will be kept confidential and reviewed with care by our board.

Nominations for the 2027 beneficiary are accepted through March 1, 2027. Selection updates will be shared after the board reviews nominations.

Eligibility: Brain cancer diagnosis, located within 200 miles of Winona, MN, and willing to share their story.
